I. Introduction:
The GL11H stainless steel Y-type filter is made of gray cast iron, suitable for water, steam and oil. Its nominal size ranges from DN15 to DN500, and it is used in pipelines with a working pressure ≤1.6MPa. It can filter dirt, rust and other impurities in the medium, mainly to protect the normal operation of valves and equipment. The Y-type filter is an indispensable device in the pipeline system for conveying medium, and is usually installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valves, pressure relief valves, fixed water level valves or other equipment. II. Working Principle:
The GL11H stainless steel Y-type filter is mainly installed at the front end of various matching valves in the water inlet pipeline. When the medium in the pipeline first enters the filter, the medium passes through the filter screen into the connected valve, while impurities remain in the filter bucket, preventing various valves from malfunctioning due to mechanical debris getting stuck in the sealing ring. The filter is an indispensable filtering device in the pipeline system for conveying medium. The Y-type filter is usually installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valves, pressure relief valves, fixed water level valves or other equipment to remove impurities in the medium, so as to protect the normal operation of valves and equipment. The Y-type filter has the characteristics of advanced structure, small resistance and convenient sewage discharge. The applicable media of the Y-type filter can be water, oil and gas; generally, the water-passing mesh is 18~30 mesh, the gas-passing mesh is 10~100 mesh, and the oil-passing mesh is 100~480 mesh. The basket strainer is mainly composed of a connecting pipe, a main pipe, a filter basket, a flange, a flange cover and fasteners. When the liquid enters the filter basket through the main pipe, solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter basket, and the clean fluid is discharged from the filter outlet through the filter basket.
